Sterilization & Sanitization

Sterilization; is a pre-requisite step prior to any medical actions taken to ensure a hygienic tools are used during the medical procedures. Dentistry is one of the fields which need a bench top; small either round or square chamber to sterilize all the equipment before a procedure is taken into action.

It is not limited to small or huge procedures, even any procedures which need  the hygienic tools need to undergo sterilization to guarantee its cleanliness and microbes-free.

Whereas, sanitization involves a step to ensure a microbe-free environment; in hospital, laboratory even in the supermarkets. Some diseases for example, hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is easily spreading through many mediums. Thus, a frequent sanitization procedure is paramount importance to reduce and control the spread of the disease.
