Accounts & Finance Assistant

Work Location : Bandar Sunway Office, Selangor

Job Description: â€‹

  • To work closely with Senior Finance Executive to manage and process all financial and accounting related matters, i.e. Tax Invoice, Delivery Order (DO), payment, EPF, SOSCO, PCB, HRDF, EIS & courier services. 

  • Maintain Financial Records properly to comply with SQL requirement and accounting standard requirement and to perform monthly closing of accounts. 

  • To update data entry for stock take and closing stock by monthly basis. 

  • Assure timely and accurate invoicing and payment receive on-time. 

  • To update sales listing match with PO customer for monthly accumulate figure by sales person. 

  • To ensure Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and Goods Received Note (GRN) to be tally and updated in SQL system.

  • To prepare band draft, cheque and Telegraphic Transfer to Oversea supplier.

Job Requirement: â€‹

  • SPM, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalence. 

  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in General Accounting and Basix Accounting

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Skill required : SQL accounting Software, MS Office, Payroll, Account Clerical Administration or equivalent.

  • Working hours : Regular hours, Monday - Friday

Sales Quotation Executive

Work Location : Bandar Sunway Office, Selangor

Job Description: â€‹

  • To prepare and submit Government tender and quotation using e-Perolehan System. 

  • Able to prepare sales quotation independently and/or jointly with the sales and marketing team for Medical, Occupational Safety and Health, Laboratory Industry, Safety and Security Product knowledge training will be given. 

  • Product Able to learn all types of the new product knowledge, whether it is medical and non-medical related products. 

  • Able to make and answer telephones calls from customers and dealers on technical and commercial clarification.

  • Able to write emails replies and make Whatsapp responses. 

  • Able to make occasional out of office field visits (once a week) meeting qualified key customers located in Klang Valley and to take part in relevant exhibition events.

Job Requirement: â€‹

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Science and/or any science discipline.

  • Minimum 2 or 3 years working experiences in Sales & Marketing position. Preferably already in similar job experiences. 

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent in communication, time management and organization. 

  • Serious to build up sales and marketing as long-term career.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive and a willing team player.

Other

  • Employment package include monthly salary, quarterly sales incentive, annual bonus, medical & hospital benefits and personal insurance, transport reimbursement (fixed & variable), outstation visit (transport, food & hotel) and the opportunity to attend local & overseas training.
